Domestic Return Policy
MT Beauty Supply is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
1. Email with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact MT Beauty Supply or Email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
6. To exchange your purchase, simply contact MT Beauty Supply to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
Used and Open Box Return Policy
Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged open box products must be reported to MT Beauty Supply within 2 business days of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Order Processing
Ordering from MT Beauty Supply is now easier, and most importantly, faster than ever before. If you submit your order before 1:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, most orders will ship within 24 hours! Remember, if there are any problems/concerns regarding your order, it might be delayed, but rest assured that our staff will contact you ASAP to expedite your shipment in a timely fashion. We reserve up to two business days for order processing to ensure that your order ships correctly (and completely).
**What is the two-day "order processing" time? MT Beauty Supply is dedicated to sending your order in the fastest and most efficient way possible. When an order is placed it must first be processed. That processing time is different than the shipping time. Processing time will typically take about 1 business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping, including any Expedited method, is in addition to the processing time.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are calculated in business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Transit time with standard shipping is three to seven business days, and the transit time with expedited shipping is one to three business days, depending on the method of expedited shipping that is selected.
For example, if you submit an order after 1:00 p.m. CST on Friday or over the weekend, it will ship the following business day (typically on the following Monday, except in the case of national holidays). Any orders with expedited shipping placed on a Friday will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please keep this in mind when making purchases with overnight shipping as your package may not arrive until the 3rd business day.
Shipping FAQ's
What sort of “problems/concerns” might delay my order? If we are unable to verify your shipping address or if the item you selected sold out before we could fulfill your order, we might not be able to ship your item(s) on the same day. In those cases, a member of our staff will contact you immediately to work with you on resolving the issue and expediting your order in a timely fashion.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? You may include a P.O. box as your shipping address but be aware that some large items and any order totaling 50 lbs or more requires a residential address (not a P.O. Box).
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you’re located on a military base, within or outside the U.S., please provide a residential address in the United States for your order and have the shipment forwarded to you upon receipt.
Will you require a signature for delivery? Orders for items with a total value greater than $500 USD will be sent with "signature required" service.
Do you ship to locations outside the U.S.? MT Beauty Supply does not currently offer international shipping.
